From a policy nobody reads to training people finish.

Here’s how one policy becomes a module. The policy below is a fictional sample written for illustration.

Sample policy excerpt · fictional, for illustration only

Patient Discharge Education: Teach-Back Verification

Policy No. SAMPLE-PE-014Section 4.2Sample Health Agency (fictional)

4.2 Procedure. Prior to discharge or transition of care, the clinician shall verify the patient’s and/or caregiver’s understanding of discharge instructions using the teach-back method.

  1. The clinician shall ask the patient to state, in their own words: (1) how new or changed medications will be taken; (2) symptoms requiring action and the appropriate urgency; and (3) whom to contact and how.
  2. Patient signature on the discharge form shall not be considered evidence of understanding.
  3. Where the patient is unable to accurately restate any element, the clinician shall re-teach using plain language, re-verify, and document barriers and actions taken prior to discharge.

The problem

Accurate, important, and written for surveyors. Staff sign that they read it. Few could tell you what to do when a patient says “I understand.”

What we pull out

  • 3 observable behaviors
  • 1 common failure point (the signature)
  • 1 escalation path
Why a nurse-built studio

Not a course catalog. Your policy, made practical.

Clinically fluent

Built by a registered nurse who knows what a home visit, a discharge, and a survey actually look like.

Practice, not page-turning

Staff make the decisions they face on shift and get immediate, explained feedback.

Short enough to finish

3–7 minute modules that fit between visits, shifts, and patients.

No LMS required

A web link and an MP4, in your brand and your policy language. SCORM is available as an add-on.

Who we build for

Home-based and post-acute care. That’s our whole focus.

Home health, hospice, home care, assisted and senior living, and the staffing agencies that serve them.

How we work · The CARE Build Method

Clarify → Architect → Render → Equip.

Built by a nurse leader. Ready for your floor. Two client review checkpoints, so nothing ships that you haven’t approved.

  1. Clarify30-minute discovery call: the gap, audience, policy source, and success measure.
  2. ArchitectScript, scenarios, and knowledge checks drafted from your policy. You approve (checkpoint 1).
  3. RenderAI presenter, visuals, interactions, and completion record built. You review the build (checkpoint 2).
  4. EquipLaunch as a web link or MP4 (SCORM as an add-on), with a supervisor sign-off checklist.

Sample modules

Two home-based care demos you can play right now.

Sample · Care transitions

Safer Discharges

A clinical presenter models the three-point teach-back, then learners apply it to Mr. Davis (fictional) in scored decision points.

Sample · Home health aide in-service

Stop and Watch: Reporting a Change in Condition

An aide notices Mrs. Lopez (fictional) isn’t herself today. Learners practice what to notice, when to call the nurse, and when to call 911.

Founding Partner Program

We’re selecting our first 3 founding partners.

TPM is a new, founder-led studio. We won’t show you borrowed logos or invented testimonials. Instead, three home-based and post-acute organizations get the $1,500 founding pilot and work directly with the nurse who builds it.

123

What founding partners get

  • Founding price: one module for a fixed $1,500
  • Direct access to an RN builder, not an account manager
  • Priority scheduling

What we ask

  • Candid feedback on the module and the process
  • Permission to publish a case study (anonymized if you prefer)

Our guarantee: If the finished module isn’t usable for your team, you owe no balance.

FAQ

Questions administrators ask first.

Do you need patient information (PHI) to build our training?

No. We never need PHI. Please send policies, SOPs, slide decks, and de-identified or fictional examples only. Scenarios use invented patients (like “Mr. Davis” in our demo).

Will it work with our LMS? Do you provide SCORM?

The standard deliverables are a web module (a link that works in any browser) and an MP4 video, so you don’t need an LMS. LMS/SCORM packaging is available as a separately scoped add-on.

Who owns the finished training?

You do. Your organization owns the final delivered files (web module and MP4) and can use them internally without ongoing fees.

Is the presenter a real person?

The presenter is AI-generated video, and we disclose that clearly to you. Any likeness of a real person is used only with that person’s consent. We can add an on-screen disclosure for your learners.

Is the training accessible?

Videos include captions, modules work with keyboard navigation, and we design for readable contrast and mobile screens. If you have specific accessibility requirements, tell us at kickoff.

Does this provide CE credit or regulatory certification?

No. Modules don’t carry CE credit, accreditation, or regulatory certification, and we don’t provide legal or compliance review. Your organization confirms the content meets its policies and regulatory requirements.

What do you need from us to start?

The policy or SOP you want trained, a named reviewer, and the behavior staff should demonstrate. The 10-business-day timeline starts once complete source materials are received, and depends on timely review.

Do you include a competency checklist or training record?

Yes. Each pilot module includes a supervisor competency sign-off checklist (3–5 observable behaviors, each marked Met / Not met / N/A with observer, date, and comments) and a printable completion record with the learner’s answers, score, time spent, and sign-off results. These support your documentation of training; they don’t by themselves certify regulatory compliance, and the on-the-job observation is performed by your qualified staff.

How many revisions are included?

The pilot includes one consolidated revision round. Additional rounds can be quoted separately.
